u16g Season Practices

The tentative schedule has been posted to the (newly re-decorated) www.lakehillsoccer.com web site!

Two u16G teams are expected this season with a Silver and Bronze team being entered into league play. The roster for the Bronze team is still being finalized once it is, players will be notified.

The club has set aside the following dates and times for u16G practices:

Monday 7:15pm-8:15pm Braefoot#2 West u16g Silver

Wednesday 7:15pm-8:15pm Braefoot #2 West u16G Bronze

Thursday 7:15pm-8:15pm Braefoot#2 West u16G Silver

u16G team selections > session #1 complete!

LakeHill Soccer 's team player assessor : MarioP has been running assessments since June and he has seen great play and lots of kids working hard competing for spots on LakeHill Gold and Silver teams through it all Mario is managing to always keep his smile! Thanks Mario!




The first u16G assessment session was held on August 9th and was one of the "special sessions". Mario was smiling a lot and the girls where smiling and having lots of fun!


This is a talented group of u16s that want to play at the Gold level.


The team has had great success in LISA "C cup" play the last two seasons coming out victorious and they capped their 2006/2007 season off with 1st place in their u16 pool at the annual Gordon Head tournament including a thrilling 1-nil victory over NorPoint'91's from Seattle/Tacoma!


We all know there is a great core of players on this team!


The coaches are hoping for another great turn out and to see some of the players who where unable to attend session#1 at the Tuesday August 14th session at Reynolds Park : EARLY START @ 5pm!

Mario and Jules will decide where to seed this team in LISA action after the 4th try-out session!
