Road Trip!

-vs-
1 - 2 [win]

By all accounts this was NOT a pretty game to watch!
We know you can kick and we know you can run...
With Hallowe'en just around the corner and another big game scheduled for November 1st the Reds will have to switch things up a bit to prepare. The coaches have been able to move this weeks Thursday practice to Wednesday at Braefoot#1, usual time , be there by 7pm please!
(sorry, our team photographer was not at the game so we have no photos to share, by all accounts the photo would have likely been of a 'long ball' !)

Solid effort....

The defenders expression (hands in the air) tells it all! Great game ladies in a convincing 4-nil at JdFs Willway field on October 18th! Click HERE for more photos taken by Clair's dad.

don't forget to come in your uniform! This years team photos will be taken at Braefoot Park this Saturday 12:35 (arrive by 12:20noon please)! then its off down the highway to....
0-4 [win]
our first match of the season vs JdF...this should be an entertaining game as the Reds are looking to rebound following last weeks stumble vs Gorge! This is the first of two weekends of "games away".

Thanksgiving weekend....

1-nil [loss]
----
What could very well have been one of the most difficult games of the first round was our scheduled home game vs Gorge. A quick look at the standings will show that Gorge has also started off the year with some solid play so this was going to be close!! Let's rebound for our next two games on the road vs JdF and CVSA to finish out the first third of the LISA season.

Soaked in Sooke

0- 4 [win]

Sooke is always one of our toughest opponents! Remember the rain two seasons ago? or the close game up at UVIC last year decided by one goal...
the Reds started the game with a few first half goals and Callie kept the clean sheet at her end of the field to give the Reds another great start! Once again it was wet in Sooke we'll need to bring a third umbrella next weekend....
